Can you change dinner for lunch with the half-board service?
Yes, during peak season, when we are also offering a full board service and by giving 24 hours notice at reception.
Are there towels for the swimming pool and the beach?
Yes, and they are replaced on a daily basis.
When can you check-in?
Check-in officially starts at 15:00.
Is there a parking lot and can spaces be booked?
There are free parking spaces at the front of the hotel, and an underground parking lot which has a charge. Parking spaces can’t be booked, it depends on availability at the time of arrival.
Are babies and cribs free?
Yes, but they are included in the maximum occupancy for the room type, so they must be listed as a person in the booking.
Can you confirm the room number or floor?
This can’t be confirmed. We will make a note of your wishes and will try to fulfill them, but we can’t guarantee them.
Are drinks included as part of the half board or full board option?
No, drinks are not included.

Yes, there are hammocks on the beach, but there is a charge.
